So, what you get in the support package for GD Star Rating? First of all, premium tutorials that will be published only here, and only for the users who purchase support package. First 3 video tutorials are coming in the next 5-6 days, and I plan to publish at least one new premium tutorial each week. Support forum is another important feature, and it’s not going to be only for bug reports, but for solving all kinds of problems: using functions, setting plugin, using templates and anything else you might need. And most important is the email support. It is ticket based, and you get 5 tickets after you purchase the support package, and after each recurring billing is processed (3 months) you get one more ticket.
