Last week I have updated info on Affiliates Program, and created pages with all info one might need before deciding on signing as affiliate. FAQ and some other pages will be updated as needed, but links in the footer contain plenty of info you might need right now.
For individual plugins and themes, your commission is 20% and for bundles is 25%. Also, you earn commission for recurring payments for all subscription, membership based purchases. This will ensure that you get payed as long as the subscription license purchased of your affiliate links are active. Affiliate program is handled by ShareIt (all sales on this site go through them also). They will be responsible for sales tracking and sending earned money to you.
We have prepared many banners for Dev4Press and all individual plugins in different sizes: 125×125, 120×240, 200×125, 234×60, 468×60 and 300×250. If you need some other size, please use affiliates contact form and ask for specific banner sizes, and we will make them for you.
