I have made some updates to the website: FAQ pages are updated to include more details on refunds (moved from support policy page). Also, all pages for making purchases are updated to include notice and links to support policy and FAQ pages. More info bellow.
As for the support, nothing is really changed, but I have added new FAQ entries to make refund policies clear, because there were few confusions on that recently. Also, before making any purchase, please read support policy, FAQ and information provided on the purchase pages before deciding to buy any plugin or theme. Despite all plugins and themes being GPL, make sure that you understand how the procedure works, so that we can avoid all future misunderstandings about that. Info about use of auto-updater is expanded also.
So far there were only couple of cases with purchase/refund problems, but it’s good idea to avoid such things in the future. In general, refunds are not available for any product except for few cases that are covered on the FAQ page. If you have any trouble with these rules, please use a contact form and I will respond as soon as possible.
All the refund policy changes are valid from today, October 26 2010.
