Part 2 of settings explained is focusing on another 3 tabs of the Settings panel. This time we learn about Advanced tab (cache, debug…), Integration tab (comments, dashboard, widgets, post edit) and Specials tab controlling Google Rich Snippets and RSS Feeds integration.

GD Star Rating has enormous number of settings. And at times it can be confusing when you need to set everything. This is first part explaining each setting, and the next 2 will be up very soon. If you need more details on the settings ask in the forum, or suggestion box for more.
T2 Templates, Part 1: Basics
This is first tutorial in the series about the use of T2 templates system. Right now the same system is used in GD Star Rating and GD Simple Widgets plugins and these tutorials can be used for both plugins, and any other future plugin that will use the same templates system.

GD Affiliate Center allows you to ad and use many different types of ads including image and code banners as well as simple text links. This video tutorial explains the process of creating ads starting from the affiliate list with focus on adding image banners ads from different sources.

Adding new affiliates to GD Affiliate Center is very simple and offers a great deal of options to make adding more ads later easier. Each affiliate gets own storage folder for image banners, and can be used for ads filtering among other things.

Star Rating Rendering, Part 1: Ratings
All rendering in GD Star Rating is done using T2 templates. While you can watch the video of using the templates, it’s very important too understand each element of the rendering, and what template will be used. So, this is expansion of the already existing templates map.
