How subscription licenses work?
Standard and Developer license are subscription based, and payments are recurring every 2 or 3 months depending on the product. There is also yearly payment method when the payments are recurring only once a year.
How does the payment process work?
Once you decide on the license you want, click on the Buy Now button, and you will be transfered to the ShareIt checkout page for the selected license.
During the checkout you will be asked for the email. This email will be used later to create a new account on this website. If you already have account here, you MUST use the same email during the purchase so that the license will be automatically assigned to your account.
Base prices are in Euro, but you can pay using any currency you want.
Which payment types are accepted?
All purchases are handled by ShareIt! and they accept many types of payment including all credit cards, checks and PayPal. There are some limitations to use of PayPal, but that changes over time, so more details are available on ShareIt.
How long will take until the payment is processed?
Payment processing depends on the payment method, and be completed within minutes, or it can take few hours. As soon as the payment is processed, website will receive notification and add create account if needed and assign purchased license. Once this is done, notification emails will be sent to you.
If this takes too long, send us email and include ShareIt purchase ID, email you used and product you purchased as well as payment method.
What happens if subscription license is canceled?
You loose access to product or products covered by the license. But, if you later decide that you want to revert to the subscription license, you will need to purchase it again.
What are bundle pack licenses?
Plugins are available with individual licenses, but you also can purchase bundle pack that includes all published plugins and also all plugins that will be released in the future with no extra charge.
How can I get refund if I made purchase by mistake?
Due to the nature of services and products on Dev4Press, refunds can be issues only in some instances. If you purchase any plugin or theme, refund can be issued only within first 7 days after purchase if you didn’t downloaded plugin(s) or theme(s) you purchased and you didn’t accessed any of the premium only areas (premium tutorials and forums dedicated to purchased product). Also, refund can be issued only for payments made using Credit Cards or PayPal (ShareIt refund policy). For support only products (GD Star Rating), there is no refund.
Can I get refund for purchased product if I am not satisfied with it?
Before you make any purchase review the list of features for a product for both themes and plugins. For themes there will be no refunds under any condition except as stated in previous question. For plugins, features lists are clear and state what plugin can do. If you are not sure about something, use contact form to confirm it before purchasing. Also, check xScape.info website and sign up for free test blog where you can try most of the plugins and themes. If a feature you wanted is not working, leave a bug report and it will be looked at and fixed. If you are not sure how to use a feature, leave a forum post and it will be resolved there or with new tutorial. Broken feature will not be considered as reason for refund.
