If you have many custom post types and custom taxonomies in the system created by the GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools Pro plugin, it is recommended to use caching to speed up registration process.
Each time WordPress renders a page, post types and taxonomies need to be registered. This mean that plugin needs to generate registration functions over and over again, and depending on number and settings this process can last longer than expected. By default, plugin uses database cache to save registration data. This means that registration data is calculated only once, and than saved to cache for fast reuse later. This option is on the plugin Settings panel, top of the Enhanced tab:
