It is very useful to have custom post types archives divided by date. By default, WordPress can’t do it. But, now with GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools Pro, you have have year, month or date based archives.

You need to enable this for each custom post type you need to use it with, and after you do so, plugin will regenerate rewrite rules and date archives will work. Option to enable this is available for each post type on the Rewrite tab. It looks like this, and you need only this first option. Check it, save post type and you are done:

You will be now able to use URL’s like this (including paging and feeds):
