Meta Verify

If you need to verify your website with big search engines: Google, Yahoo and Bing for webmaster tools or controls these websites offer, you need to make some changes to your website to do so. With GD Press Tools Pro, that is very easy to do.

All three big search engines have own version of Webmaster website, and each one uses similar verification methods. Easiest one to do with GD Press Tools Pro is verification with meta tag. Open SEO panel, and open Verify tab to get the options as on the image on the right. For each search engine you have example of meta tag and what needs to be entered in the field, check box to enable meta tag adding.

Which meta value you need to add, depends on your website and webmaster tools (or site explorer, as Yahoo calls it) will generate this code for you when you attempt to add and verify your website. Take that code and add it to the field on this panel, and don’t forget to check the checkbox to enable adding the meta tag to your website.
