GD Custom Posts and Taxonomies Tools Pro has a very useful tools to export all plugin settings into file, and importing them from the file. With this you can transfer everything from one website to another.

Open plugin Tools panel, and there you will find Settings tab looking like this:

To export,select what you need exported. Custom objects contains all your custom post types and custom taxonomies. Objects Overrides is for settings that are overriding third party custom post types and custom taxonomies and default post types and taxonomies. Meta fields and boxes is for all the custom meta boxes you created, and last is for plugin settings. You will get a TXT file for download. Do not change this file, or you will break it, since data is serialized.

This, unmodified file can be imported from the Import box. Imported data will overwrite existing plugin data,
