I like the way you are dealing with the documentation. Maybe you should consider to release it as stand-alone plugin (possibly with connection to GD Star Rating) or some modular extension for GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools.

Documentation is done using a single template, and it will change soon anyway to benefit from rewriting features in GD CPT Tools. Template is just that, template to display posts, so nothing special in there.
