Error in Navigate mode in 5.0.0

When using Navigate mode in 5.0.0 I get the following error in the box where the page links are supposed to be:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_has_children() in /home/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/gd-pages-navigator/widget/load.php on line 128
