Hi,

I’m getting some strange behaviour with quotes since updating to bbPress 2.1.2.

Using HTML quotes when the reply is saved the css class you place on the blockquote gets stripped.

Also am only seeing the quote option for the original topic or last reply nothing in between.

If you are using the ‘fancy editor’ it might be the problem that it strips down things it doesn’t ‘like’. I prefer stickying to normal editor as forums usually do.

Hi,

Yes fancy editor is causing the problems stripping the classes from html quotes.

The other issue regarding the Quote option not showing on all replies is illustrated in this thread on this forum as well, see attached image.

Can you explain why this should be, I would expect the Quote option on every reply. It is for admins.

Missing quote is a detection problem and I will try to solve this soon.
