License

All plugins and themes, both free and premium are released under GPL Version 2 license. GPL2 License file is included with each download. Once we start releasing themes, same rule will apply and both free and premium themes will be released under the same GPL license. Free plugins can be still downloaded from this website, as well from other websites such as WordPress.org website. But, premium plugin (or Pro edition as they are also referred as in many instances) are not free, and before you can download them you need to buy one of the editions available.

Plugins

This means that you can use plugins on as many website as you want, but that doesn’t apply to the support provided here, and that’s the reason for different editions types.

• Standard Membership Edition: includes full support, updates, premium tutorials and more. This edition is subscription based, with payments recurring every year.
• Standard Lifetime Edition: same as standard membership license, but it has only one payment and it remains valid for life.
• Developer Membership Edition: this is extension of the Standard Membership Edition, and includes additional email support, access to SVN, and is edition useful for developers.

If you at one point decide to cancel membership editions, you will be reverted to Basic edition, lose support and still will be able to get new versions of plugins.

Themes

Themes are available as individual licensed or club membership. Both types include full support, but club membership includes all themes released and all to be released. Single theme licenses are one type payment only.

• Single Standard License: includes full support for the theme, updates (regular, beta and nightly builds), premium tutorials and suggestions box.
• Single Developer License: same as standard, but includes also number of email support tickets and PSD source files for theme designs (where applicable).
• Standard Club Membership License: has the same features as single, but covers all released themes and all themes that will be released in future until the subscription is paid for. Subscription payment is recurring every year.
•  Standard Club Lifetime License: same as standard club membership license, but it has only one payment and it remains valid for life.
• Developer Club Membership License: has the same features as single, but is membership/subscription based, same like standard club membership. Subscription payment is recurring every year.
