Description

GD Press Tools is a collection of various administration, SEO, database, cron job scheduling, maintenance, expanding WordPress panels and security related tools that can help with everyday blog tasks.

Plugin integrates into various WordPress administration panels to add new useful columns that WordPress doesn’t have by default, can be used to perform maintenance operations, change some aspects of WordPress, show detailed server settings and information. Plugin offers several unique tools that can be very useful. All options are divided into several panels. Some of the features are integrated into the post/page edit panel in form of widget, and also add dashboard widgets for quick access to some of the plugins features.

System Information

There are several ways to get different system info, and that includes Environment Info panel with detaild PHP and mySQL info. Some basic info overview is displayed on the plugin Front Page. WordPress list of hooks is on the WP Hooks panel.

DB Backup

Database Tools

You can review WordPress tables including details about the columns, size, overhead and more. You can also backup database, and also schedule the backup.

Auto Tagger

This is very powerful tool that can be used to add tags to all posts and pages in the blog. Plugin uses Yahoo API to retrieve the tags and is very fast for a large number of posts. You can limit the posts range and number of tags, and also set some additional options.

Meta Tags

You get the detailed control over Robots Meta tags for different page types in WordPress as well as different types of robot meta tags. You can also control the language meta tag and control some aspect of meta tags added by WordPress.
