Next xScape Milestone
Over the past 3 months xScape Theme Framework has come a long way and yesterday reached 1.4.0 release. In the same time 4 themes using the xScape are released. But, xScape still has a ways to go and many new things are planned. Here is more on the next development cycle.
xScape Themes and GD Affiliate Center
New version of xScape framework will have direct integration support for our GD Affiliate Center plugin. Ad positions in the themes and single ad widget will support this plugin. Plugin will soon get more widgets for displaying ads, and more ad positions will be added into themes.
GD Affiliate Center 1.0.2
There wasn’t much development going on with this premium plugin over the past 2-3 months, but that is about to change. Here is the first bug fixing release with some new tools. Next step will be integrating support for this plugin into all xScape Themes.
State of the art theme framework in development
As you might already know, Dev4Press will soon offer premium themes. And all upcoming themes will be based on framework that is currently in development. Here is some basic info about what you can expect from this framework and theme flexibility.
Adding New Ads
GD Affiliate Center allows you to ad and use many different types of ads including image and code banners as well as simple text links. This video tutorial explains the process of creating ads starting from the affiliate list with focus on adding image banners ads from different sources.
Adding New Affiliate
Adding new affiliates to GD Affiliate Center is very simple and offers a great deal of options to make adding more ads later easier. Each affiliate gets own storage folder for image banners, and can be used for ads filtering among other things.
