Core versions of eScape, airScape and newsScape themes are updated with some bugs fixed and styling improvements. Some parts of the GD Press Tools Pro powered maintenance mode template were hardcoded, now are OK and there were some settings and styling changes in eScape.
eScape, photoScape and airScape are now converted to Core versions. Old, standalone themes will not be updated anymore. New core versions bring some minor fixes to themes, improvements to login form styling for WordPress 3.3 and they requires xScape Core 1.7.8 or newer.
xScape 1.7 is very important update to the framework that brings many, many new features, updates and fixes several bugs. It will take few posts over next couple of days to describe all the new changes in detail, but for now, here is the overview of everything included in this new version.
I have planned to release next minor revision of xScape over the weekend, but some of the new features will require changes to all themes. To avoid doing that twice, I decided to postpone release of the new framework until next week when the new major 1.7 version will be out.
Major updates for baseScape and airScape themes contain latest xScape Theme Framework 1.5.5, and all latest features that these two themes were missing over the past month including support for GD Press Tools Pro Maintenance Mode template and brand new login page styling.
New version of eScape theme is ready, includes updated xScape framework 1.5. Theme includes all the new framework features: ads manager implemented in templates and templates cleanup. Also, some styling and templates issues and bugs are fixed in this release.
