Plugins testing for WordPress 3.4
WordPress 3.4 RC2 was released today, and final is expected sometime next week. For the past month all Dev4Press Free and Premium plugins, themes are tested with WP 3.4 at different Beta/RC stages to make sure that everything is OK. And right now everything works as expected.
GD aZon FUSION 0.9.2 Beta
New Beta versions is here only days after 0.9. This time, development of new browse/search panel continues with more features, added tools to rebuild templates cache, added tooltips to help you with the controls, several bugs and broken buttons are fixed and few more things.
GD aZon FUSION 0.8.1 Beta
New version of GD aZon FUSION is here. 0.8.1 Beta fixes some caching issues, adds some new fields displayed on the product info lists. Cloudfusion library is updated with latest release (phpSDK 1.2 / Cloudfusion 3.2.0.1). Next major 0.9 version is coming out soon.
Limitations of Amazon Product API
Data retrieved by GD aZon FUSION plugin is got through Amazon Product API using CloudFusion library. Amazon has limited what types of data you can request and what kind of response you can get. Amazon don’t allow for all data they actually have to be used through API.
xScape Framework Widgets
xScape framework has many built in features. Among them are widgets, and there are 8 widgets that will be part of the first release. Some of these widgets will be available only in premium version of the framework. So, here is the list of widgets and descriptions.
Dev4Press Updater Beta Available
Updating pro versions of our plugins is now easy to do as it is for the free plugins from WordPress repository. Updater plugin is currently in beta stage, so a bugs are to be expected. Please, try it and report any problem you find so it can be fixed for the final release.
Soon: Auto updater for Pro plugins
As I promised when this new Dev4Press started last month, there will be plugin able to automatically upgrade Pro plugins the same way WordPress does for regular plugins. And this updater plugin is currently under development and will be released next week.
