WordPress 3.0 is updated daily, and current development is changing things non stop. Since the previous versions of plugin from last week, things have changed again, and again in WP breaking the plugin. So, here are new versions that work with current WP.
GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools 1.6.0 Pro / 1.1.0 Lite
As you see, GD Taxonomies Tools plugin is now renamed to GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools. Since WordPress 3.0 adds support for Custom Post Types, and implementation is close to Custom Taxonomies, I decided to add that to existing plugin.
WordPress 3.0: Step in the right direction. But…
There is no doubt about it, WordPress 3.0 represents significant step forward for WordPress with merging with WPMU adding custom post types and many more minor elements that you will notices as soon as you install it. But I feel that this major releases is rushed.
GD Taxonomies Tools 1.5.3 Pro / 1.0.2 Lite
WordPress 3.0 is almost here, and the latest Beta 1 released last week is a good reference for what to expected. Some things were changed in the past 2 months with taxonomies in WP3, and here are new versions of GD Taxonomies Tools plugin to follow those changes.
GD Taxonomies Tools 1.5.2 Pro / 1.0.1 Lite
Double release today for GD Taxonomies Tools, both Pro and Lite version. Both versions contain several minor fixes, but more importantly they are compatible with latest development build of WordPress 3.0 and changes core developers made to custom taxonomies handling.
GD Taxonomies Tools 1.5.0 Pro
Along with the Lite version of GD Taxonomies Tools, Pro version is also released. To avoid confusion with Lite releases, Pro will have different numbering and will start from 1.5.0. This is first official release of Pro version, so here is a short introduction on new features.
GD Taxonomies Tools 1.0.0 Lite
GD Taxonomies Tools plugin has reach stable 1.0.0 release. Current plans for Lite editions are pretty much covered by this release. There will be some new functions and widget in new release, but that will be only part of what we will do with Pro edition.
