xScape Theme Framework has a module to add templates and styling for bbPress plugin for all themes based on xScape. bbPress plugin is still in development with final version expected in the next couple of weeks. Read more on what you can expect with current xScape and bbPress
New versions of newsScape themes includes updated xScape framework 1.5.2. New template features like comment links and support for maintenance mode powered by GD Press Tools Pro is included, along some minor fixes and updates to theme templates and blocks.
Another big update for xScape is here. Many bug fixes, improved functions and features and great many new features. Many of the changes are result of the customizations made for Dev4Press, and some things I needed to improve the process. All themes will be updated soon.
Dev4Press is in the process of redesign, and during this weekend new design will be completed. To test everything and make sure that no issues arise from transition, maintenance periods are expected for at least 3-4 hours. New design will be using our own lightScape theme.
Theme number 4 using the advanced xScape theme framework is just released. It’s called airScape and has simple and clean design, uses no images and allows detailed color customizations for all areas of the theme: content, footer and header.
xScape theme framework is some 70% complete, with one major feature in development. Right now I am working on the Layout Manager that will allow you to control theme templates (all of them) from the control panel. But, before that, here are few more things already done.
OK, it’s time to show some of the elements of the xScape. There are still many elements we want to include in the framework, and some very interesting and unique features are in development, so things are not yet set in stone as the features go. So, here is the first preview.
