GD Star Rating 2.0 is in development, but, with lack of free time, it’s getting delayed. Now, I can confirm that Alpha #1 version will be released on August 1 2011. Plugin will remain free, but many used wanted to know about premium support status for the new version and extras that will include.

GD Press Tools 4.0 Pro: RC 1
Beta 2 was very useful in terms of getting more bugs fixed and code improved. Focus was on optimizing and fixing the backup that has proven to be defective and very slow compared to other plugin. But, that is no longer the case, and backup with all the flexibility has speed also.
Custom Content Templates
xScape Layouts Manager allows much more flexibility in controlling and using templates with xScape themes. Custom templates allows separating content for any template and still retain use of layout manager and easy assigning of the custom content templates to any actual template.
