GD Custom Posts and Taxonomies Tools Pro 3.0 is soon getting into active development cycle and I am still working on the list of features to include in the major plugin revision. Here is some preliminary info on what to expect in the new plugin version and when to expect it.
GD Press Tools 4.0.5 Pro, brings one more new and very useful feature, also feature that many users requested: admin bar control based on the user role. I also added a filter for additional and finer control of the admin bar control. There are some more minor changes in this version.
Here is the new version of the updater plugin, that brings compatibility with WordPress 3.1 and new network admin panels, use of capabilities for menus and other things and many minor changes, fixes and code cleanup. Also, plugin now needs at least WordPress 2.9 to work.
xScape 1.5.4 is first update in 2011 and contains some new features as well as number of minor changes and fixed bugs reported in the past couple of weeks. Themes are updated with new framework and will be released in the next couple of days starting tomorrow.
New versions of both Lite and Pro editions are here, as a preparation for the next major release: WordPress 3.1 that is now weeks away. Plugins contain fixes and minor changes to the code handling taxonomies and post types. JavaScript used in both plugins has been updated.
First minor revision of the GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools 2.4 Pro is here, and it’s adding a new meta box for post edit page, and as a special feature to custom post types. This meta box allows you to change post type! There are also several minor changes to the plugin.
New major revision of xScape is coming out next week, and this release will bring several very important new features, most of them are requested and because of that, some features that were planned before will be pushed back. I will updated roadmap next week to reflect that.
