Waiting for WordPress 3.1
With new WordPress 3.1 coming out soon, it’s time to check out all plugins and fix the potential problems and compatibility issues. But, this time, job of doing that is much more complicated than usually, mostly due to the changes in way WP 3.1 is loading jQuery and jQueryUI libraries.
GD Simple Widgets 2.0.5 Pro / 1.6 Lite
It’s been awhile since the previous versions of both plugins, but here are updated versions, compatible with upcoming WordPress 3.1 and fixes the problems caused by loading of jQuery and jQueryUI when not needed (issues with all xScape based themes are now gone).
xScape Theme Framework 1.5.3
Another big update for xScape is here. Many bug fixes, improved functions and features and great many new features. Many of the changes are result of the customizations made for Dev4Press, and some things I needed to improve the process. All themes will be updated soon.
Theme FrameFX 1.0.0 is released
Theme number 7, FrameFX is released. This is a bit different theme than before, not having scape in the name is just one of the differences, even so, the theme uses xScape Theme Framework. This one focuses on special effects for background, logo and posts.
newsScape 1.0.4 / lightScape 1.1.6 / eScape 1.2.2
New versions of newsScape, lightScape and eScape themes are here, both include updated xScape framework 1.5.1 with several bug fixes and some minor features updates. There are no changes in the themes apart from some minor fixes to the layout settings and templates.
Theme preview: FrameFX
Previously announced theme called FrameFX is close to completion, and the beta is expected during this week, and as usual will be available for testing on xScape.info. Several templates are still unfinished, but main focus is in creating special effects for blocks and layouts.
Theme newsScape 1.0.0 is released
Theme number 6, newsScape is finally here. It took more time than first planned, but I think that you will find the theme looking good and is also packed with many very useful features and layout blocks that will allow you great control of displayed posts.
