Not only, paid review it’s a waste of resource but, it also fails to serve the purpose of a review. The prospective buyer, never gets the honest verdict about any plugin, and it leads to an unsatisfied buyer.

I also planned to make a big guide on “how to create your own product comparison site using WordPress,” but I failed to compose it so far. And now, it seems that I’m too late.

In recent years it has become impossible to find a major WordPress news or plugins websites to write about premium plugins without charging a lot of money for so called ‘reviews’. Most of my plugins are doing well with social networks promotions and plugin users word to mouth promotion, and I am OK with selling less without paying for fake promotional reviews. I always appreciate honest reviews from my users (even the negative ones). And, in all that, GD Products Center Pro slipped through as unknown plugin, making the investment into its future development very problematic. If in the future things change, I would like to go back to this plugin in some form.

It’s one of my favorite WordPress plugin, being an early user of the plugin I have a huge connection with this plugin. One of the critical reasons, that this plugin might be failed to be a success because, most of the WordPress people never knew about it, as well as none of the WordPress blog, featured this plugin, neither a review about the plugin is covered by anyone.
