GD bbPress Toolbox Pro 3.6 is development, and it will be released in the first week of March 2015 (March 3rd or 4th most likely). Based on the user feedback since last major 3.5 version, new version will contain many new features and many improvements and fixes.
New version will include:
- SEO Tools: adding of meta description tag, override for topic/reply excerpts with support for private content
- SEO Tools: wrap default bbPress breadcrumbs into Google specific rich snippet markup
- SEO Tools: adding of meta robots tags for private topics/reply to prevent search engines to index private content
- Widget: Topic information showing various data about the topic currently opened
- Tools: Close topics that are very old or long time inactive
- Private Topics/Replies: control user roles that can post private topics and replies
- Attachments: list already uploaded attachements in edit mode for inserting into topic/reply content
- Revisions: options to protect display of topic/reply revisions based on user roles
- Administration: additioanal columns and options to control them for different WordPress/bbPress panels
There are also many updates to attachments, signatures and widgets. Also, there are several bugs fixed: widgets, private topics and signatures.
Let me know if you have more suggestions about this release (I can’t promise that it will be implemented, maybe it will be pushed for next release), or you have found some bugs that should be fixed in this version.
