New major version for GD bbPress Toolbox Pro is coming closer, and here is the first Beta version for users that would like to test and maybe report issues they find with it.
Version 5.6 brings some very important changes, and they include:
- Improvements to plugin translation, with all options that are strings now translatable, and all default email templates moved into translatable strings (and default templates removed).
- Massive updates to the mail notifications system, refactored into a new module with a lot of functionality moved from functions to new objects. This also includes new emails sent when the topic is closed by moderators or users and email sent when the topic is automatically closed.
- Various other improvements to quotes, signatures, private posts and more.
Let me know if you find any issues with the new update, especially with the notifications system. The stable release is planned for April 18, 2019.
