The third Beta version for the upcoming GD bbPress Toolbox Pro 6.0 is now available. This version finishes the development of all planned features and introduces many more fixes and improvements.
This is a Beta release, and it is not considered stable, it may contain bugs and it is not suitable for live websites. Use it only on the development, localhost, or staging websites for testing purposes!
Check out the previous announcement for more information about the changes in the 6.0: Getting ready for GD bbPress Toolbox Pro 6.0 and information about Beta #1 release.
Beta #3 adds the last planned feature that was on the roadmap for 6.0, but I decided to skip it, and finally, I have returned to it, and now it is ready: User Settings. There are many things in bbPress and Toolbox that would benefit from users being able to control features individually, especially when it comes to email notifications.
This first version of User Settings implements support for various email notification options displayed in the user bbPress profile edit panel. But, this feature behaves as a sort of a framework, so it can be expanded with more fields and groups. If you have ideas for more new user-based settings, let me know, and I will include the best suggestions in future versions.
Beta #3 fixes various reported issues, and it also updates Setup Wizard that was previously broken in both Beta #1 and Beta #2.
This Beta version is expected to still have some bugs, and it requires more testing, especially with the automated migration for the plugin settings. If you notice any issues with the settings migration (you have a feature set up, but after the update is disabled or broken), please report the issues through the support forums. To download the beta version, use Dev4Press Updater, or download the ZIP from the plugin download page (scroll to find Beta section).

Right now, the plugin is scheduled to be released on May 14 May 12, 2020. If the bug fixing takes more time, it will be moved by a few days. One Release Candidate version is planned over the weekend.
