Both Pro and Lite editions are updated with many bugs fixed. Lite edition also got new translation, this time to French thanks to Olivier Barre. Major problem with both versions was delayed RSS publish with invalid mySQL syntax and problems with post duplication.
During the preparation and changes done to previous version of GD Simple Widgets, one very important bug still remained, causing author widget to display invalid URL to author posts page. This new version fixes this problem in both Lite and Pro editions.
Here is the first official, and most important stable, release of Dev4Press Updater plugin. Unfortunately, if you used previous version, you can’t perform update with it, because installation was broken in that one, so you need to install this version manually.
Even with no updates in the past couple of months, GD Simple Widgets is alive and well. This is mainly big fixing release for both Pro and Lite versions, with additional code cleanup done with Pro version. Several SQL related problems are fixed, and info files updated.
Latest beta release of Dev4Press Updater is available. Several problems are fixed and improved, and some major features added including update through cron job and support for xScape themes for auto update. Also, POT translation file is now added to the plugin.
Here is minor update with some new features added and few minor fixes. Plugin now adds few more options to control the users panel with additional column for last users login date. For this plugin uses another built in feature that tracks date when users login.
It was awhile since the last update, and again both Pro and Lite editions are updated. 3.1 Pro got many more new tools and much improved database backup tools. Both versions feature many fixes and new user level settings for controlling plugin access for different user types.
Updating pro versions of our plugins is now easy to do as it is for the free plugins from WordPress repository. Updater plugin is currently in beta stage, so a bugs are to be expected. Please, try it and report any problem you find so it can be fixed for the final release.
It’s time to move on. Current hosting solution is simply not enough any more to host Dev4Press and our other websites. So, the decision is made to find better hosting that will allow scalability and reliability needed to ensure minimal downtime and high speeds.
In the past weeks, there were not many news here on Dev4Press. But that doesn’t mean that nothing is going on. So, this post is intended to be sort of a announcement of our plans for the period until the end of March including both plugins, themes and premium support.
Double release today for GD Taxonomies Tools, both Pro and Lite version. Both versions contain several minor fixes, but more importantly they are compatible with latest development build of WordPress 3.0 and changes core developers made to custom taxonomies handling.
