GD bbPress Attachments 1.8

New version of  GD bbPress Attachments is here with some minor new features (styling improvements and changes to rendering for images attachments thumbnails), smaller fixes and some minor changes for the compatibility with soon to be released bbPress 2.1 plugin.

Thumbnails In Line

New option is added for the thumbnails display to allow for in line rendering. From this version on, rendering of images thumbnails and other attachments is separated into two lists to allow for better styling manipulation. Also, styling is improved for better CSS compatibility with different themes.

Plugin is tested with latest development code for bbPress 2.1, and it works fine. Some minor things are changed, but nothing serious. I expect that no more changes are required when bbPress 2.1 final is released. Also, new translation is added for Persian language by Ramin Firooz.

As always, if you notice any problems, please report them in the comments or in the forum. All suggestions are welcome.

  1. Hey MillaN,

When my users try to attach more than 3-4 pictures then it just don’t upload them. It gives no error message, can I see error messages somewhere or do you know the solution?

    Thanks
    Christian

    • Most likely some images are outside of allowed size or type. Plugin logs errors to DB, and shows after upload (if that is configured in options). Pro plugin (http://www.gdbbpbox.com/) has additional Error Log panel with all logged errors listed.
