GD Products Center Pro 1.0.1

First minor revision for GD Products Center Pro is here, with new shared code gdr2 library that includes optimization of memory use and loading for admin and frontend side, changes in generating rewrite rules, support for date based archives and changes to templates for that.

With changes to gdr2 library and plugin base code in it, plugin now uses some 15%-20% less memory than previous version. Beside this, there are many small updates due to updated gdr2 library. New menu items are added to menu in the toolbar for quick scan templates and rewrite operations.

As for the fixed bugs, there are few of them in this version: scanning for additional templates failed and compare widget could cause sidebar layout problems with some themes. Also, there was a problem with validation of names for product type and taxonomy. This is also improved to check for valid length of the name and displaying cleaned name if needed.

Main addition to this version is support for date based archives for each product type. Also, templates can now handle such URL’s and it can display the current date archive. Also, there is one more change to creating rewrite URL rules allowing to have empty base for product types and compare rules.

More updates are coming to the plugin soon, and they will follow current development roadmap. If you notice any bugs or problems, please report them in the forum.
