GD Clever Widgets Pro 1.6 is a smaller update, but the important one. It removes some outdated code (WordPress 4.0 is now required), includes support for WordPress 4.5 and fixes some minor issues.
WordPress 4.5 includes Customizer live preview for the widgets. Now, all widgets in this plugin will support that too. QR Code widget is fixed to display proper URL when the website is used with HTTPS.
Plans for next major 2.0 are almost finalized and it will include few new widgets, but I don’t have the release date set (most likely 3-4 months from now). Until then, if you find any more errors, please report them in the support forum.
