GD Press Tools Pro 5.0.2

The second minor release for GD Press Tools Pro 5.0 is here with new several new fixes (related to backup usability, issues with some of the tweaks) and some small improvements and changes.

The backup panel had an issue with the button for opening list of backups, and the problem with fatal error in the multisite backup for individual website due to the wrong function call. Tweak for comments columns had warning related to missing constant. Several typos are also fixed. Storage editors for FTP and Amazon S3 were missing test button. PHP Information panel was missing the PHP version and logo. As for improvements, System Information panel shows few more Apache modules loading status. PHP Information styling is improved. The information object is optimized. Plugin SVG icon is updated to use proper default color. And new Dev4Press Shared Library is updated to 1.6.2.

I have started to outline plans for the major 5.1 version. It is not scheduled yet, but so far, 5 or 6 new features made the list (including one new addon). The scope of the changes will be limited to allow for a quicker release cycle. If all goes OK, I expect 5.1 to be released in late April 2016.

For now, if you find any more errors, please report them in the support forum. And, check out the knowledge base, many more articles and videos are added with instructions on how to use the plugin, and more is coming later this week.

Please wait...
