Plans for GD bbPress Toolbox Pro 4.0

Summer break is over and time has come to start working on the next major version for GD bbPress Toolbox Pro. Version 4.0 will be a big release with a lot of new features, and I am still finilizing the list based on your suggestions and previous plans and discussions.

GD bbPress Toolbox Pro 3.0 Beta 1

Brand new plugin version, almost full rewrite from old 2.0 plugin version, GD bbPress Toolbox is the first of Dev4Press plugins to get complete overhaul. New plugin brings new interface, new features, improved performance and vastly improved loading. This is first Beta release.

Website Maintenance on September 19

Many changes are coming to Dev4Press website, and all will be deployed on Wednesday, September 19 2012. Upgrade process will start at 10:00 CET and should be over by 16:00 CET. During this period Dev4Press.com (including support forums and downloads) will be of-line.

GD Products Center Pro 0.9.9 RC #3

Third and final release candidate for GD Products Center Pro is now available, and stable 1.0 will be out on Wednesday. This version has some minor improvements and changes, with one new useful feature allowing easier adding of folders with custom rendering templates.

Second release candidate for GD Products Center Pro is now available. More bugs are fixed, many things are improved, styling for editor updated and import expanded with test import. It is very likely that this is last release candidate, and stable 1.0 will be out on Wednesday.

Monthly plugins resource usage testing

Earlier this month I have published test of 35 plugins and their impact on the loading of WordPress. Based on interest for that article, I will not stop there. Each month new tests with more plugins will be conducted to help users and to help developers to make better plugins.
