#01: What are the system requirements for running Dev4Press plugins themes?
All our plugins and themes require PHP 5.0 or higher, with mySQL 4.0/5.0 or higher. They can work with any type of webservers. If you are using WordPress 3.2 or newer, you need at least PHP 5.2.6. Some of the features in GD Press Tools Pro require Apache webservers (support for HTACCESS manipulation, it is specific to that web server type).
#02: What WordPress version is need for Dev4Press plugins and themes?
WordPress 3.0 is a minimum version required by most of the plugins. Some plugins can work with older versions, but some require newer. GD Products Center Pro needs minimum of WP 3.2. You can check the system requirements vfor individual plugins on their own pages.
#03: Can you help me if I use modified WordPress versions?
No. Support can be provided only if you use official versions of the WordPress. Official version is unmodified WordPress source downloaded from WordPress.org or from WordPress.org development Subversion repository. If you use WordPress that has been modified in any way, help can’t be provided.
#04: I am using one of Dev4Press Pro plugins, but I don’t have a license. How can I get support?
Easy, just purchase a valid license for the plugin (themes, themes club or our plugins pack) and you can get support based on the license you choose and all the updates for the plugin or theme for as long as the license is valid. We do not provide support without valid license.
#05: Can I use my remaining tickets or Skype minutes for support after my license has expired?
No. You can use them only while the license is valid. Once it has expired, your remaining tickets or Skype minutes will be deleted.
