When you register with the Site, we only require one piece of personal information: email. We send our emails via SMTP host mail.dev4press.com, using SPF authentication and DKIM signed. Once you get an email from us, we track if you open the email in your email client, if you click a link in the email, your current location, and your current IP address.
When you use the contact form, you are required to provide your email and name, accept our terms and conditions.
The information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.
After each purchase, we receive and store very limited information that contains your name, email, payment method, and payment currency. We do not receive payment information details such as credit card numbers. Email and name received from the payment processor are used to match your account on the Site or create an account on the Site.
Product licensing related information
To verify the license for the purchased products, our Service products collect information about the server and website each product is used on. Collected information may include website URL, website server IP, WordPress version number, PHP version number, MySQL version number, WordPress Multisite, and bbPress version.
We use our own Analytics system powered by Matomo Analytics On-Premise. All the data collected by the Analytics is completely anonymous (including anonymized IP addresses), and cookies are not used for tracking. All the raw tracking data is stored for up to one year.
Use of collected information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with the best possible experience in using the Site.

Product licensing information is kept for the period of one year after the license has expired. Contact forms entries are deleted after 1 year.
