Close Topic Control

This is a simple feature that adds a checkbox in the reply form to close the topic.

This is useful for support forums where you reply to a topic, you consider that your reply is sufficient, and you can close the topic for any new replies after that without going through topic edit to close it.

Finally, a plugin supports sending notifications to topic author once the topic is closed. If the topic is closed by topic author, notifications will not be sent.
