Can I get refund for purchased product if it doesn’t work on my website?
We want all our customers to be satisfied with all our plugins and addons, so we offer refunds to any unsatisfied customers up to 14 days after the purchase. For more information, check out our Refund Policy. After 14 days, a refund can’t be issued.
In many cases, the plugin doesn’t work due to a conflict with other plugins or themes. We can often fix our plugins to solve the issue, but very often, the problem originates in a third-party plugin that we can’t fix, and in such a case, you need to consult the author of the third-party plugin.
My license expired, can I download old versions of the plugin?
No. An active license is required to access support resources and the downloads section.
