GD bbPress Toolbox 3.8.1 Pro

Here is the first minor revision of the latest GD bbPress Toolbox Pro 3.8. Version 3.8.1 brings new translation to German language, other updated translations, updated core Dev4Press Library and some minor fixes to the administration interface.

I will start development for brand new version 4.0 in early September. I am still finalizing list of features, and I will announce it as soon as I start working on new version. If everything goes according to plan, version 4.0 should be released by the end of September. The list of potential features is very long, so I will not be able to fit everything into 4.0, but I will put higher priority to all features request by the plugin users.
