GD bbPress Toolbox Pro 4.0.4

Version 4.0.4 is a minor revision for GD bbPress Toolbox Pro is a maintenance release with few important fixes, changes and some new smaller features including an important fix to the anonymous private topics/replies.

Dev4Press shared code library is updated. Apple Swift is included for syntax highlighting in the Source Code BBCode. There are few changes and fixes to the WordPress Toolbar menu (new links, outdated links fixes). Most important fix is for the private topics and replies created by anonymous users (not logged in). Due to the error, such topics were readable by all users not logged in, and now that is fixed and only moderators and administrators can read such topics and replies (as it was intended).
