It is the middle of the Summer, and the development process on Dev4Press will ramp up this week in preparation for the big releases coming soon. The main focus is on GD bbPress Toolbox Pro and GD Rating System Pro, both scheduled to get major updates in September.
As previously announced, GD bbPress Toolbox Pro 7.0 is coming out soon. This is a significant update that will spend more time in development and will be released in the first half of September 2022. This major update will also have the brand new Dev4Press Library. After it is released, all other plugins will gradually get the updated library with some design tweaks, improved performance, and more.
GD Rating System Pro 4.7 will follow and should be out by the end of September 2022 (or early October). Many addons will also be updated, especially User Reviews and Analytics. The free version of this plugin will get an update also.
After this, all the bbPress-related plugins will get the new updates in early October. The end of the year will see major rewrites for the SEO and Security plugins for late release in December or January next year. And I will try to squeeze in the release of one new plugin by the end of the year. The plugin is related to social sharing and is 90% completed at this point, but it still has some work to be finished to be ready for prime time.
