On December 15, 2009, GD Press Tools Pro plugin was released for sale on the new website, and Dev4Press project was born. And, this Saturday, we celebrate the 9th birthday.
Dev4Press is dedicated to WordPress and bbPress development and it is currently home for 14 Pro plugins, 10 addons and few more free plugins.
And, over the years, we had ups and downs, helping us learn what our users want, what is the best way to provide support and help users with our products, what features to add to plugins, making most of the development driven by the feature requests from our loyal users. And yes, we had to retire few plugins and all our themes, allowing us to focus on plugins only and push more new features, expand knowledge base and range of products licenses.
And, we have big plans for the next year, focused on regular major releases for all plugins, two new plugins in development, changes to Dev4Press website and very exiting security-related features (more about that is coming soon).
