GD Knowledge Base Pro 3.1.2

In the past few days, GD Knowledge Base Pro has received two minor updates: 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 with several bugs fixed, various improvements and improved update procedure for user roles.

The plugin is updated to use latest Dev4Press shared code library (version 2.1.1). Also, a new tool is added for manual recheck and update of the plugin, to make sure all database tables and user roles are created as they should be. Install and Update panels are also updated. The release includes various styling improvements and fixes, and fix for an important problem related to saving posts (rare, but it was happening for some users).
