GD Knowledge Base Pro 4.1 is a smaller update that brings important new feature related to the FAQPage rich snippet, allowing you to customize the question for each FAQ entry in the knowledge base.
FAQPage is the rich snippet used by Google to enhance the search engine results. And, GD Knowledge Base Pro has built-in support for this snippet for a while now. And, this version adds new metabox where you can set the question for the FAQPage entry that can be different from the FAQ title. This is useful if you have products in the knowledge base, and the FAQ on your website doesn’t explicitly have to say the related product name, because it is included on the page already, but FAQPage snippet has only question and answer, so it is important to include the product in the question.
And, if the FAQ entry is assigned to more then one product, the FAQPage snippet will be generated for each product if you use product name replacement tag (as it is illustrated in the image above).
The plugin default styling now supports RTL (right to left) languages, and it loads additional CSS files when RTL is detected. There are many styling updates included.
