GD Power Search Pro for bbPress 1.9

GD Power Search Pro for bbPress has been updated, this time with a smaller scope release that prepares the way for the major 2.0 release coming out soon. Version 1.9 fixes few important issues and includes more improvements.

GD Power Search Pro for bbPress has updated system requirements. The plugin now requires PHP 7.0 or newer (and it will break if running on PHP 5.x), WordPress 5.0 or newer, and bbPress 2.6.2 or newer. Plugin no longer supports old bbPress 2.5.x, and it will not activate on websites running the old bbPress version!

The new version also includes various improvements to the plugin coding style. It has undergone some preparations for the next 2.0 version that will bring the plugin up to date with other Dev4Press plugins by switching to the new Dev4Press Shared Library version 3.

This version also makes few changes related to the search pagination links that were not properly processed when some edge cases are concerned. There were few issues in the templates related to echo use, now also fixed. The plugin also removes the tabindex function (it was deprecated in bbPress a while ago).

To see the list of all the changes in this version, please check out the changelog. If you find any issues with the new version, please, report them in the support forums.
