GD Forum Notices Pro 1.4 for bbPress

GD Forum Notices Pro for bbPress, version 1.4 is a brand new maintenance release, bringing a new shared library, various new stuff implemented in the library, a few improvements, and styling updates for the editor for notices.

The new version includes all the interface updates from the latest shared library version and also includes a lot of improvements to the styling of the rules editor for the notices, including switching from float-based layout to flex and improving usability for smaller devices.
