After months of waiting on approval, the coreActivity plugin is now finally available in the WordPress.org repository, and you can easily install it from there. The first stable version available in the repository is 1.0.4.
WordPress.org plugins review team is going through many changes this year, and the reviews have been slow, with the average wait for plugins to be reviewed being measured in months. CoreActivity waited on the initial review for 2 months, with another 2 months for the additional changes review. Finally, the plugin is now published on the WordPress.org.
In the past month, the plugin was available through the Dev4Press Updater plugin, but now, you can install and update the plugin via the WordPress.org repository. More changes and features will be coming to coreActivity in the coming months. If you have suggestions for the plugin development, you can submit suggestions via comments, support forum, or join the development via GitHub.
CoreActivity is an entirely free plugin that will remain free, with no premium version planned. If you find the plugin useful, you can buy me a coffee.
