GD Content Tools Pro 6.1

New version of the GD Content Tools Pro plugin brings a lot of updates and fixes, many related to PHP 8.x, some recently reported issues, changes related to the post type and taxonomy specifications, and updated libraries.

This new plugin version has new system requirements: WordPress 5.5 or newer, PHP 7.3 or newer. The plugin is tested with PHP 8.0, 8.1, and 8.2. Still, if there are issues with the new PHP versions, please report them through support forums.

The plugin now supports the rest_namespace option for both post types and taxonomies. And new notices are added to the REST settings to inform users about the danger of changing some of the settings.

Updated Features settings for Custom Post Type

There are many updates to the plugin core code, changes to the conditional checks, and data validation to simplify things and take advantage of the PHP advancements since version 7. There are many changes to the plugin data sources used for various meta fields. As for the fixes, many things are fixed, some related to the PHP 8.x changes, and some bugs reported recently or uncovered during this update development cycle.
