coreActivity 2.6

coreActivity version 2.6 includes various essential changes related to options, sitemeta, and metadata logging and detecting if the options have changed and if they should be logged in the first place. SweepPress support is expanded with 8 new events.

Events that log changes to options, sitemeta, and metadata by default also log the old and new values. Now, this is no longer the case, and the plugin has the option to control this. It also has an improved mechanism for checking if old and new data are equal. A new option for disabling storing old and new values is targeting the objects and array because if you have an enormous array that gets updated often, the log can quickly run into the problem of consuming too much storage space in the database.

Support for the SweepPress plugin is expanded with 8 more events to when the options, sitemeta or metadata is deleted, and will log which options or meta keys have been deleted. To do this, you need to update SweepPress to version 6.1.

coreActivity 2.6 fixes a few more bugs, too.
