coreSecurity Pro version 2.3 introduces one new feature: antispam for the Mailster plugin (Newsletter plugins, antispam for subscription forms). The plugin now has more HTACCESS tweaks, an updated Firewall, and Dictionary detection patterns.
The major new feature is the Antispam feature for the Mailster Newsletter plugin. This new antispam feature checks the email element for each subscription request. It can run 15+ filters to stop spam subscriptions. This can help control the list of subscriptions, avoid handling a long list of bounces and pending subscribers, and send reminders to non-existing emails. Contact Form 7 Antispam feature is improved to include pre-processing filters.
Feature .HTACCESS has been expanded with 2 new tweaks: disable Apache mod_security and redirect HTTP to HTTPS for all requests. There are many updates to the included Dictionary values, updated 7G and 8G firewall rules, and a few minor updates and fixes.
