For DebugPress

The plugin has reached a major 4.0 milestone, but this version has not changed much from the previous one. The significant change this time is using composer to load the Kint PHP library.

The plugin is tested with the upcoming WordPress 6.7 and the upcoming PHP 8.4 (using the RC3 release) and is compatible with both.
