Many changes to the Dev4Press website

Dev4Press website has been updated, and many changes have been deployed, including new email templates, newsletters are active again, the home page and account dashboard have been updated, and many minor bugs have been fixed.

Newsletters

So, after almost 2 years without sending newsletters, Dev4Press Newsletter is back again, with 2 or 3 newsletters sent every month. This time around, newsletters have a new design, new signup pages, and forms in various places on the website, and newsletters will be more informative than before. The plan is to include special promotions and discounts, run releases digest once a month, including important articles, and more over the course of each month.

If you wish to subscribe, you can do it from the main subscription page here:

Email Template

The newsletter template will be shared with all other emails sent by Dev4Press, including all transactional emails, order information, and more. The new templates are better looking and more compliant with the different email clients, with additional processing to have styling inline, linked font for clients that support it, and more.

Hopefully, all the new templates are without errors, and so far; they have been in use since yesterday, and they all look good so far. Let me know if you received an email that has issues or missing content.

Theme and Blocks

The website still uses the GeneratePress Pro theme and GenerateBlocks Pro plugin, with more focus on using advanced grids and container blocks from GeneratePress to build page layouts where needed. Many existing pages have been rebuilt or updated with the newer block versions to ensure layouts look good on different screen sizes.

Other changes

The Dev4Press home page and the account dashboard main page have been updated. Many other pages have been updated; some have been expanded with additional information. The purchase pages are updated with new payment badges and minor tweaks. And we have a lot of updates to the website footer and a few new things included there.

Finally, I am getting a lot of questions about recommending plugins or services, so I decided to put up the page with all the third-party plugins and services I personally use that are used on Dev4Press that I can 100% recommend. Check the page with Recommendations. I will never endorse any products I don’t personally use or like.
